Accessibility

Last updated: Wednesday, October 21, 2026

We want ArtsCal.org to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control or magnification.

What we do

• Pages use headings, landmarks, labels and a skip link so they work with assistive technology.
• Buttons and links are large enough to tap, and everything in the app works with buttons as well as swiping.
• Text is meant to have strong contrast and to scale when you zoom.

Where we fall short

We are a small project and we do not claim perfection. Some event details come from other sites and may have missing descriptions or image text.

Tell us

If something is hard to use, please write to contact@artscal.org. Tell us the page and what happened and we will work on it. If you need event information in another form, ask and we will try to help.
